Port Discovery is a museum designed for kids that is ranked as one of the top five children's museums in the country, offering three floors of interactive, educational exhibits and programs for children ages 2-10 years old. 

October - May
Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm
*Closed on Monday except during select Maryland Public School holidays. See list below.

Friday Fun Nights (July 7-August 25): 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

The Museum is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and on Mondays during the months of October through May, except during select Maryland Public School holidays.  

Port Discovery’s home is in Baltimore’s historic Fishmarket at 35 Market Place at the corner of Lombard Street and Market Place.  Visitors have easy access by car from I-83 or I-95; or by bus from MTA 7,10,19 and 20, with connections to Light Rail; or by Metro subway with a stop at Market Place/Shot Tower station that drops you off right at the museum doorstep.
